I had a fantastic stay at Alexander Hotel. The hotel's chic and beautifully designed ambiance immediately caught my eye. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The highlight of my experience was dining at Dylans, the hotel's Michelin star restaurant. The meat and wine were absolutely delicious. The open buffet breakfast was also exceptional, deserving a 5-star rating. The location of the hotel, just a short walk away from the beach and town, was convenient and allowed me to easily explore the area. The bar at the hotel served a great gin and tonic with nibble nuts, which was a delightful treat. Additionally, I appreciated the opportunity to use the wellness facilities of a local spa and the option to rent bikes on-site. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and top-notch service.

I had telephone calls put through to my room with very bad grace by the person on the front desk in the evening! I should not be made to feel that I am imposing by receiving calls at the hotel - not for the price of the hotel - won't go back there for this reason!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was highly impressed. The location of this place is simply unbeatable, just a quick stroll away from the beautiful sandy beach. It was so convenient to have such easy access to the beach and enjoy the stunning views. Additionally, the range of services offered here was exceptional. The room service was top-notch and everything was taken care of, from the efficient dry cleaning service to the impeccable housekeeping. Upon arrival, I was even treated to a refreshing welcome drink, which was a lovely touch. Furthermore, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, offering assistance with organizing tours and providing information about the local area.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The hotel has a 4 star rating, it should atleast have a minibar and complimentary drinking water for guests.

We selected this Hotel for its location. It has easy links to Leiden, Amsterdam, Den Haag & Hook of Holland. The Alexander Hotel is in easy walking distance to the town centre & beach where many local shops & eating places can be found. The Hotel was in good decorative order & very clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast & evening dinner when taken in the Hotel was excellent. Look forward to a return visit.

Chic, beautifully designed with great staff and atmosphere. Enjoyed delicious food at the Michelin star restaurant and a fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff were welcoming and helpful, recommending a great bike hire shop for exploring the surrounding area. Convenient location near the beach, town center, and public transport. Would definitely recommend and return.

Good facility, close to the beach, have their own beach restaurant/cafe when weather permits, good breakfast, very competent and willing staff

Though there is plenty of parking, it was in the back and we got no help with bags. The access to the front door is often blocked by cars. We'll know better next time.

The hotel claims four stars, we got exactly that. Good and helpful (but not excellent stuff). The biggest selling point in this hotel is the access to the wellness center located nearby.

Location close to the beach and village center. The hotel facilities include free parking and good transportation. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are well-maintained and clean.
